SHIPPING PROCESS FOR STIPPLING/FRAME MODS

• You can ship your firearm directly to us because we possess a Federal Firearms License.

• When shipping, please include a legible copy of your ID (Driver’s license, military id, or passport). We are required by law to ship to the address listed on your ID. Include these documents with the 1036 order form and print out of our FFL.

• Please ship your firearm via FedEx or UPS. (NO USPS)

• Please package your frame(s) securely. Wrap all parts so they are not harmed during journey.

• Standard return shipping is free.

RETURNS

All sales are final once the work has been completed on your frame(s). This is because these modifications are not reversible and once finished will change the ergonomics and functionality of the frame. If work has not been completed refunds may be issued upon request with the return shipping to be paid by the customer.
